To install UIR-33 in Windows Vista/7 64bit
1. Boot PC into disable driver signature enforcement mode. To do this restart you PC and press F8 key during startup to get into Advanced Boot Options menu. Select Disable Driver Signature Enforcement menu item and press Enter.
2. Open Device Manager, find there Unknown Device and select Update Driver Software from context menu.
3. Following wizard instruction choose the location of Win 64bit driver files on supplied CD.
4. Confirm Install this driver when requested.
5. When USB-to-One-Serial Port device driver is installed in Other Devices group of Device Manager select Update Driver Software from its context menu once again.
6. Following wizard instruction choose the location of Win 64bit driver files on supplied CD.
7. Confirm Install this driver when requested.
8. When USB-to-One-Serial Port device driver appears in Ports (COM & LTP) group of Device Manager select Add legacy hardware from Device Manager- & gt; Action menu.
9. In Add hardware wizard select Install the hardware that I manually select from the list (Advanced) option.
10. In the next Add hardware wizard page select Infrared devices and choose location of Win 64bit driver files on supplied CD to install Infrared device driver.
11. Confirm Install this driver when requested.
