Toshiba L650D - Zawiesza się

Zawiesza się t.z.n kursor stop i dalej nic nie można zrobić. Sprawdzałem na win 7 32bit i 64bit. Trudno było wgrać system z tego powodu . Pamięci ram sprawdziłem memtestem i narzędziem Win - ok. Dysk podmieniałem i sprawdzałem - ok. Urządzena zewnętrzne odłączane t.j karta wi-fi napęd. Temperatury o.k(nowa pasta,czyszczenie) Zasilacz podmieniony i sprawdzony - ok. Nie mam procesora na podmiankę dlatego nie wiem czy jest 100%sprawny. Nieraz zawiesi się po 30 min, a drugim razem zaraz przy starcie systemu. Raz w biosie. Bios zresetowany baterią. Proszę no pomoc...
