VW Touareg - Jak sprawdzić synchronizację wałka rozrządu w VCDS?

Ale to od Ciebie zależy jak Ty to wszystko ustawisz i skręcisz, jeśli wchodzi Ci blokada wałka i wału to musisz ustawić impulsator i skręcić srube wałka rozrządu jeszcze raz, tam przecież nie ma klinów, są płaszczyzny, tym bardziej że nie masz luzu na kołach. Dodano po 3 : Wedle autodaty wychodzi że do tylnej płaszczyzny głowicy ma być znak na impulsatorze. Przejrzałem zdjęcia, z moich wyczynów z 2.5 tdi, i faktycznie impulsator jest na stałe z kołem, tylko coś mi się kojarzy ze jak się machniesz o 180 stopni to nie będzie to pasować, nie ustawisz, 4 mm niżej lub wyżej powinno mieścić się w tolerancji tych 9 stopni w VDCS i mimo wszystko powinien odpalać, sprawdź czy faktycznie koło masz prawidłowo założone. Znak w stronę wydechu.

Camshaft gear tightening tool - No.XZN 16-T10198.
Crankshaft alignment tool - No.T10225.

General precautions
General precautions
Disconnect battery earth lead.
Remove glow plugs to ease turning engine.
Turn engine in normal direction of rotation (unless otherwise stated).
Observe tightening torques.
If fitted: Mark position of crankshaft position (CKP) sensor before removal.
Do NOT turn crankshaft via camshaft or other gears.
Do NOT turn crankshaft or camshaft with timing chain removed.

Valve timing procedures
Valve timing procedures
Timing gears located at rear of engine. Transmission removal required for repairs.
Remove blanking plug from cylinder block [1] .
Remove blanking plug from cylinder head [2] .
Fit crankshaft alignment tool [3] .
Turn crankshaft in direction of rotation until timing marks aligned [4] .
Ensure camshaft lobes for No.1 cylinder angled upwards.
If not, turn crankshaft 360°.
Remove crankshaft alignment tool [3] .
Fit crankshaft locking tool [5] .
Ensure crankshaft locking tool located correctly [6] .
Fit camshaft alignment tool [7] .
Ensure camshaft alignment tool correctly located [7] . If not, adjust camshaft as follows:
Remove camshaft bearing cap [9] .
Ensure camshaft position (CMP) sensor reluctor aligned [8] .
Fit camshaft gear locking tool 1 [10] .
Tighten bolts of camshaft gear locking tool to 40 Nm [11] .
Slacken camshaft gear bolt.
Turn camshaft until camshaft alignment tool can be inserted correctly [7] .
Remove camshaft gear locking tool 1 [10] .
Fit camshaft gear locking tool 2 [12] .
Tighten camshaft gear locking tool 2 to 70 Nm.
Apply a torque of 80 Nm to camshaft gear in clockwise direction [12] .

NOTE: Camshaft gear bolt [13] and friction washer [14] MUST only be used once.
Tighten camshaft gear bolt to 150 Nm + 90°.
Remove camshaft gear locking tool 2 [12] .

Fit camshaft bearing cap [9] using a suitable sealant.

NOTE: Camshaft bearing cap bolts MUST only be used once.
Tighten camshaft bearing cap bolts to 8 Nm + 90°.
Remove camshaft alignment tool and crankshaft alignment tool.
Turn crankshaft 2 turns clockwise to TDC on No.1 cylinder [4] .
Ensure camshaft alignment tool and crankshaft alignment tool can be fitted [5], [6] & [7] .
Setting camshaft compensation gear tension:
Apply a pre-tensioning torque of 0,5 Nm in anti-clockwise direction [15] .

NOTE: Camshaft compensation gear bolt MUST only be used once.
Tighten camshaft compensation gear bolt. Tightening torque: 20 Nm + 90° [16] .
