FTP Wanderer jest prostym, bezpłatnym klientem FTP działającym wielowątkowo. Posiada przyjemny interfejs, pozwalający na szybkie przemieszczanie się między katalogami. Autor FTP Wanderer oprócz prostej obsługi, zadbał o zestaw funkcji umożliwiający swobodne operowanie na zbiorach danych. Są to między innymi: - pełna obsługa mechanizmu 'przeciągnij i upuść', - menadżer połączeń, - wysyłanie wielu plików naraz, - obsługa serwerów proxy, - zapisywanie ulubionych lokalizacji, - możliwość wznawiania nieukończonych zadań, - konfigurowalny interfejs, - pobieranie całej struktury plików, - prosta zmiana atrybutów plików (CHMOD), - działanie na dużych plikach, - obsługa linii komend FTP.
