Dzień dobry, jakiś czas temu trafił do mnie uszkodzony amplituner Yamaha r-840 z uszkodzonym kanałem. Jak to przekazała mi znajoma "jeden kanał pierdzi". Po podaniu sygnału 1kHz na wejście okazało się, że jeden kanał działa prawidłowo a na wyjściu drugiego przepuszczalna jest tylko o górna połówka sinusoidy. Urządzenie rozebrałem w celu namierzenia usterki. Pierwszą rzeczą jaką sprawdziłem, było to czy uszkodzony jest wzmacniacz mocy czy może reszta tunera. Po podaniu sygnału bezpośrednio na kondensator wejściowy końcówki mocy okazało się że to ona prawdopodobnie jest uszkodzona, bo efekt nie ustąpił. W kolejnym kroku wykonałem pomiary napięć (zdjęcia moich zapisek w załączniku) według tego co było service manualu (który też załączam). W pewnym obrębie wszystkie napięcia które powinny wynosić 0V wynosiły ok. 0,8V. Wtedy byłem przekonany że uszkodzony jest któryś z tranzystorów. Przemierzyłem wszystkie (SMD oczywiście też) i to dwiema metodami(testerem i multimetrem na spadku diody) i ku mojemu zdziwieniu okazało się że wszystkie są sprawne. Próbowałem jeszcze zamieniać tranzystory między kanałami, ale nic nie uległo zmianie. I w tym momencie zrobiłem się bezradny... Dodam jeszcze że w uszkodzonym kanale składowa na złączach głośnikowych wynosi 100mV, a na sprawnym 6mV. Co ciekawe w uszkodzonym kanale, gdy podepnie się głośnik to przebieg też stopniowo znika, a n sprawnym jest on tam czy głośnik jest podłączony czy nie. Nie rozumiem tej konstrukcji wzmacniacza, nie jest to jakiś prosty klasyczny układ, z tego powodu ciężko mi samodzielnie namierzyć usterkę i proszę o pomoc specjalistów. Co może być uszkodzone? Jakie pomiary jeszcze wykonać? Bardzo proszę o pomoc

repair work.
• Sn + Ag + Cu (tin + silver + copper)
• Sn + Cu (tin + copper)
• Sn + Zn + Bi (tin + zinc + bismuth)
Caution:
As the melting point temperature of the lead free solder is about 30°C to 40°C (50°F to 70°F) higher than that of the lead
solder, be sure to use a soldering iron suitable to each solder.

When checking the P.C.B.s:
•
Spread the rubber sheet and the cloth. Then place the amp unit on the cloth and check it. (Fig. 3)
•
Connect the ground point of the rear panel to the chassis with a ground lead or the like. (Fig. 3)
•
Reconnect all cables (connectors) that have been disconnected.
•
When connecting the flexible flat cable, be careful with polarity.

Disconnect the power cable of this unit from the AC outlet.
1. Set the switch (SW301) of RS232C conversion adaptor to the “FLASH UCOM” position. (Fig. 1)
2. Connect the writing port (CB104 of FUNCTION P.C.B.) located on the rear panel of this unit to the serial port (RS232C)

If the protection function works and causes hindrance to trouble shoot, cancel the protection function as described below, and it
will be possible to enter the self-diagnostic function mode.
(The protection functions other than the PRI function will be disabled.)
Turn the “BALANCE” knob counterclockwise fully and then while pressing the “PURE DIRECT” key of this unit as shown in the
figure above, press the “ ” (On/Standby) key to turn on the power and keep pressing the “PURE DIRECT” key for 4 seconds or
longer.
The self-diagnostic function mode is activated with the protection functions disabled.
In this mode, the “SLEEP” segment of the FL display of this unit flashes to indicate that the mode is self-diagnostic function mode
with the protection functions disabled.
CAUTION!
Using this product with the protection function disabled may cause further damage to itself. Use special care when using
this mode.
